China Cottage - Rossendale

I have visited this restaurant in the past. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision, but it exceeded my expectations. I had a truly delicious and visually appealing meal. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

A family celebration for my old mother birthday party, including one and yr old. we sat well in the ground floor. the food and the staff were excellent. Sunday buffet great worth. they surprised mama delivered with a birthday cake from us. but they gave us container to it, to it, to portion as we were much too full to eat when it was! we had a nice visit. Thank you all.

It's simple. The menu is excellent, the dishes are well-prepared, and the service is attentive. The cozy atmosphere of the small restaurant adds to the overall experience. The prices are fair and reflect the high quality of the food.

After searching high and low for a new Chinese restaurant since the closure of Cathay Dim Sum at the Trafford Centre, I found my new favourite just ten minutes drive away at China Cottage! Beautiful setting with a team that were so helpful and lovely,...all of which complimented the amazing food. The crispy duck was drool worthy, our mains (beef curry and crispy chilli chicken) were tasty, hot and decent portions and the basics of egg fried rice and soft noodles were done perfectly. Pricing was very fair and certainly more so that some other restaurants I’ve tried recently. Cannot recommend enough!
