After waiting for 40 minutes at our table, they finally came out and admitted they had made a mistake with our order. Despite this, they still charged us the full price. Wow. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been going to this sonic on and off for several years. Today I went in and got what I usually order and have something in my ice cup. The reason from the manager is that they must have forgot to close the ice cabinet. No offers in remaking it for me and I just left 15 minutes before hand. Sorry but I'll never be back. They also put their hand on cup and scoop ice that's a health hazard. I've already called health department on them so let them fail. The district manager has been nice and said he'd make sure they quit scooping ice with cup. But at what point do you say enough is enough. Wish I could've given 0 stars.

Sonic blasts is just icream with small toppings. What does blasts mean? An explosion right? That was no explosion!!! But my reaction when I got it Was!!
