Restaurant Weinwirtschaft - Rostock

This restaurant is adjacent to the Steigenberger hotel. The interior is nice and the staff are very service-minded, no waiting at all. We enjoyed both lunch and dinner. Their Tapas selection is fair and tasty and by all standards not to expensive. The selection of main courses equally fine. Both wine and beer selection should satisfy the most "picky" guests. Unless you need to get "out and about" enjoy your lunch or dinner here.

Nice restaurant and wine bar on the corner of the town’s Market Square serving a good choice of Modern European and Modern German food as well as an extensive choice of wines.Good quality food with plenty of fresh ingredients with some hits and some misses. The soups are excellent as are pasta dishes, while we found fish preparations very average.Service is efficient and professional and the place seems to be very popular with the locals. The pavement tables are perfect on a nice summer day.

Restaurant mit guter Weinauswahl, das aber ansonsten den eigenen Ansprüchen nicht genügt: Meine Frau bestellte "cremige Spargelpasta" von der Spargelkarte, die ohne ein einziges Stück Spargel (!) serviert wurde... Darauf angesprochen, erklärte die Bedienung lapidar, der Spargel sei vergessen worden...Keine Entschuldigung, kein kleines Angebot zum Ausgleich...das geht gar nicht!

Mai piu´!!!Non e´un ristorante all´altezza di un 4 stelle!!! Era un giorno settimanale, quindi non vi era molta gente, abbiamo atteso molto prima di ordinare. Il personale si e´poi rivelato poco attento alle nostre esigenze e richieste, e dulcis in fundo avevo ordinato ravioli e pizza e mi sono state portate entrambe le pietanze insieme. Alle mie rimostranze di voler mangiare la pizza dopo i ravioli, mi e´ stata consegnata la pizza completamente fredda dopo i ravioli!! Un mio ospite invece aveva chiesto che gli venisse consegnata la carne ben cotta e gli e´stata consegnata al sangue!! Alle nostre proteste la direzione ci ha restituito una parte del denaro speso ma non si e´scusata di quanto accaduto!. Per un ristorante 4 stelle il servizio dovrebbe essere completamente diverso!

Wir hatten ein 2-Gang-Menü in der Weinwirtschaft.Sehr lobenswert ist der schnelle und super freundliche Service. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist ebenso gut und passt schon Thema. Aufgefallen ist, dass dieses Restaurant sehr kinderfreundlich ist. Das Essen an sich ist gut, jedoch passt die Anrichteweise nicht zum Preisniveau. Zum Fisch wurde kein Fischbesteck gereicht.
