They promised to follow up and conduct even more training for the staff. Hope I wait. The delivery was in the moments of the conversation, the soup was delicious, the carrots were great, the pizza was delicious, the wings of course differ, just a lot, the potatoes were fresh, without the smell of oil. I was surprised that that Sicily, to which I was used to being 43 minutes, 3.3 km from my house, the new one is 50 minutes 4 km away, the question is why they changed and attached another restaurant, it is actually further away. Further, when ordering delivery, I tried to explain to the operator that this is my favorite place, that it is nearby, that I did not like it from the new place, and you can arrange delivery from the previous place, which is closer. The answer was unequivocal: no, you cant, then arrange self-pickup, this restaurant has been attached to you honestly, a little shocked. When ordering in other network establishments, they always ask me exactly where I want to receive the order, of course, within my address, but so categorically. I think you should reconsider this point. Moreover, the distance is the same and I think I should have a choice.
