Peppers Grill Bar - Roswell

This place was checked because it was highly recommended by some different locals. I have the Double Barrel Burritos with mild green sauce with one side of the hot green sauce. Chicken was definitely better than beef and the hot green sauce was pretty good, but it would definitely have been quite sharp if it were smeared in it. My wife got the Indian Fry Bread and she really enjoyed it. Children's dishes are cheap! We spent about the same as what we do when we eat quickly. Managers or owners also checked us to see how we did and make sure we were satisfied.

This photo does not do justice because we had already eaten half of our meal. We ordered the stacked enchiladas and a stuffed pepper. The food was delicious, as were the rice and beans.

I had the smothered frybread , husband had the bacon cheese burger. Wait staff was great. Burger was amazing. Frybread was meh. I have had better. They made special chips for me with out seasoning. Thank you

It was just okay. Very much Tex-Mex and the burritos were pretty grease-filled and not very well seasoned. The chips were also seasoned with a chili-lime seasoning that didn’t add anything to it. The atmosphere was nice though and the pomegranate margarita was good.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the steak sandwich with roasted chile (with seeds for added heat). My husband loved the Mexican rubies. We both debated over who made the better choice because both dishes were delicious. The coconut margarita was the perfect companion to our meal, leaving us very satisfied.
