American Deli - Roswell

I visited this restaurant at 1 AM after a trip to the emergency room. Unfortunately, the front cashiers were a bit rude, and I think it would be beneficial for them to improve their attitudes. The food was also disappointing; it was somewhat dry, and the sauce lacked flavor. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

They forgot our order and didn't inform us. They mentioned there was an issue in the kitchen, but we noticed that everyone who came before and after us received their meals promptly. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any compensation for the extended wait. It’s really disappointing, especially since I actually like this restaurant.

Not all American Delis are created the same, but this location truly stands out. The food is fantastic, and the service is excellent! Rating: 5/5 for the food.

Philly steak is always perfect. Very fast service. They have never gotten my order wrong, and I'm very picky about toppings.Food: 5/5
