I Canita Cake - Roswell

I ordered this cake for an Eagle Scout Court of Honor, and it was a huge success. Even weeks later, I'm still receiving compliments on both the decoration and the flavor. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, and ICanita certainly delivered. Thank you for making the evening truly special!

To clarify, I had discussed the pickup time with Clay and was simply inquiring if I could pick it up at 3 PM on Friday, as my son’s game schedule changed and I was going to arrive at 12:50 PM on Saturday. Clay assured me that 3 PM would work, although he seemed unsure. I arrived a bit early at 2:25 PM to check on the cake. When I asked if it was ready, you appeared annoyed and mentioned you wouldn’t be available until 4 PM, which contradicted what Clay had told me. Clearly, there was a miscommunication there. I realize I reached out with a week’s notice, but if my cake was rushed and didn’t meet your usual standards, it would have been better to inform me that you were booked. I just wanted to share my experience as I am very disappointed that you didn’t respond to my email. Based on this experience, I won't be returning, and it seems your customer service has declined, as reflected in other recent reviews with similar complaints. The cake was truly not up to par; I could have made a better one that was moist and delightful. I’m really upset that I spent $150 on a cake that was supposed to be a highlight of my son’s birthday. Lastly, I don’t understand why you advised me to leave the cake out instead of refrigerating it. It should definitely be kept in the fridge and taken out to sit for two hours before serving.

I want to share our recent wonderful experience at this amazing bakery! They made two cakes for our staff that were not only stunning—I'm amazed by the attention to detail—but also incredibly delicious! Canita and her team consistently exceed expectations!

This place isn't the same top quality with excellent customer service. The arrogance in which they treat customers and the drop in the quality of the cake are disappointing. I ordered my and my sons cake over a month and half prior but they could only do one. So I had to order other cake for my son's birthday elsewhere but it turned out for the best as his cake was extremely moist and delicious. My birthday cake was extremely dry and cold 5hrs AFTER we picked it up.None of my friends finished the cake and I struggled to enjoy it. They didn't care as my email providing feedback sent ignored. They won't have to worry about having my business moving forward.

I absolutely love this bakery, they always go above and beyond. This is my third year ordering my daughter's birthday cake with them and I am always blown away. This year was the big five and she wanted a Unicorn Science theme and again they blew it our of the park or in this case lab!
