Sonic Drive-in - Roswell

Im giving a low rating because their doors seem to be locked most evenings due to short staff. also this is closest to my home whats the point in having or using the sonic app if this store turns it off because again short staff

Really slow almost 20 mins and counting waiting in drive through. You need to open the inside and hire another person. Never waited so long and hella rude.

The food was good but the employee who helped me was extremely rude. through the speaker, she would keep saying ?is that all?? in a super rude tone and when i got my order it was wrong and she hadn?t given me marinara sauce so i had to go in and get it just for her to glare at me. she has like tattoos on her and she?s at the window most times. very rude employee.

Went to the drive thru on South Main Street, Roswell NM. The service of staff she was friendly and respectful. The oil of the fries need to be changed. The fries and tatertot were cold, taste old.

Food is usually good. Only had one time where the burger was bad but that's it. I have had to go in one time because the gave me fries instead of tots but that was quickly fixed. Other than that the food is fresh and hot.
