Feedback gevenI had to wait 30 minutes for a drink that I ordered online in advance, which is completely unacceptable! When I finally managed to get someone on the intercom, they informed me it would take even longer because they were busy. There were only six cars in the stalls at the time.
I'm disappointed. I drove into the drive-thru and waited for 15 minutes without any assistance. Now I'm at the 11-minute mark and still nothing.
Terrible service! It took the staff about 10 minutes to get our order right, and we only spent $20 on food. Then the girl falsely claimed that we still owed money after we used the outdoor card payment option. As someone from NY who had never been to a Sonic before, I can confidently say that I will never return. The food was just as disappointing as the overall experience.
Wasn't told the slush machine was broken until order came out and then was lied to saying we didn't order Alyssa was our carhop and was the one saying we didn't order it then I had to ask her to get the correct change as she didn't give it the first time
Sucked, waited in line to order for about 15 minutes, only three cars ahead of me.. I order a #11, chicken strip plate...one of the strips was the size of my pinky, and no onion ring... How difficult is it to get an order right? Oh, and no straw for our drink I will not leave the window until I've examined my order first. I'm tired of getting ripped off with old food or wrong order
