Feedback gevenAfter my son's baseball game ended on Tuesday night at 9:45, we stopped at Wendy's for a late-night meal. I was fourth in line and could hear the employee on the loudspeaker apologizing for the wait, explaining that only two people were working that day. Despite the short-staffing, both employees were polite and efficient. I was impressed by their hard work and dedication, and felt grateful for their excellent service. It was a reminder that fast food workers often work tirelessly behind the scenes with minimal staff. I wish I knew their names so I could give them the recognition they deserve - a woman at the register, speaker, and window, and a man preparing all the food. Overall, I was very satisfied with our experience at Wendy's.
We dine at this restaurant frequently. The food was consistently delicious and I especially love the Pineapple Mango-Lemonade. The staff was also very helpful.
My family made a quick stop at this restaurant to ensure that the children had something to eat. The service was quick and polite when we placed our order at the window. We all enjoyed our meals, and dad even managed to save a bit of money by buying something for the kids.
Eat taste good. but I took two stars because it's dirty. I ordered cheese bacon frits and found a hair. When they check their inspection points, they will see why. I'm not back.
Congratulations on being the worst fast food experience ever. I went through the drive through 10min before closing. I get it, that’s not convenient but it’s your posted hours. When I pressed a male jumped on and said “really, I’m just a little girl”. Then other people started talking and even came outside to stare me down to get me to leave. I’m from Ohio and hold Wendy’s in high regard. It’s frustrating to see the brand represented like this.
