Feedback gevenI stopped by for a late-night meal and found the restaurant quite empty as they were in the middle of a deep cleaning. We were informed there would be a 30-minute wait, but the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly demeanor of the staff made up for it. The food was delicious, a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, especially since we were quite hungry. I don’t usually dine here, but with no other options in our small city—except for gas station food—I think we made the right choice.
The food is good, as long as you actually receive what you ordered, which isn’t always the case. It often takes a long time, and it's not unusual to find yourself waiting 5 to 10 minutes at the Drive-Thru late at night, even when the restaurant is mostly empty. On the plus side, the place is usually quite clean inside. I’ve been to other Whataburger locations and the food is consistent with their standards. The main issue here is really the service.
09/02/2022 11am Cathy and her staff were friendly, greeted us as we came in and while we ordered. She came and checked on us several times while there. Food order was correct and delicious. Cathy made our stop there very pleasant. Thank you Cathy ??
On Wednesday, July 27, I visited the Whataburger on North Main in Roswell, NM. I ordered a cheeseburger and a strawberry malt. When I reached the window, the server asked me if I had placed my order, and when I confirmed, she inquired about the car in front of me. I told her I didn't know. After I received what I thought was my order, I drove off. However, when I opened the bag, I found that I had been charged for and received someone else's order: a bacon cheeseburger, French fries, and a malt. The only correct item was the drink. This was my second visit to Whataburger, and I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t need to in order to share this experience.
No sweet tee, people around the front are waiting for to eat there x 20, asked for help from workers 2 times and treated me like I did not speak and ignored me, another customer asked for help and workers said whatever, and continue to ignore the customer question. they must give the customers a number and go back to bring them food. also only one person at the counter. this place must be back to the basic that this franchise is based.
