Other reviews are outdated... We've stayed here often. The owner speaks perfect English. His parents who help him mornings speak enough English. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are relatively inexpensive and some have wonderful views of the Tauber Valley. We don't work there, we aren't shills, just extremely pleased American customers. Do yourself a favor and give this cozy hotel a try!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di Settembre 2015 durante il nostro viaggio lungo la Romantische Straße. Rothemburg è una cittadina meravigliosa che ti proietta indietro nel tempo , come varchi il cancello delle mura ti sembra di entrare in un altro mondo . Fantasistico . Poi le sue vie e la sua architettura sono bellissime. La proprietà e lo staff dell'albergo hanno saputo rendere la nostra permanenza ancora più magica.

Das Essen war sehr gut aber das Gemüse war sehr wenig (wenn es hochkommt ein Esslöffel voll). Freundlicher Service aber muss nicht nochmals sein

DO NOT stay here if you don't speak German and don't care if you room is not cleaned daily/mind getting woken up every morning by an angry man who insists on more money. There are lots of other hotel and B&B in the area. Any of them would be better than this place.
