Costa Coffee - Rother

Russian lady that serves is very rude doesn't even acknowledge you when Going to be served just blank face

Staff very rude I went to till and tatally ignored as to girls behind counter were talking To each other this went on for 2 or 3 min

Love stopping here for coffee after shopping . Seems to be cheaper than some other costas staff helpful and polite but I always sit shivering with the unnecessary freezing cold air conditioning.

I don't know why I even bother with Costa anymore, had a iced almond latte and the milk was sitting in a bottle on the side so was luke warm, just chucking ice cubes in doesn't make it iced. Coffee was **** as per usual with costa. The Mrs had a Belgium frostina, it was rank tasted like someone had put a few drops of perfume in it, almost 8 quid later I said what a **** place. Everytime i think I'll give it another chance I'm always disappointed.......

Had a lovely time here with a newspaper and a latte. Staff got the drink prepared quickly, tables were clean and I didn't feel pressured to leave.
