Kfc Canklow - Rotherham

I was really surprised to see other reviews about this restaurant. We called yesterday on our way home from shopping. Couldn’t fault it, friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food was hot and tasty,

I stopped by Canklow KFC for a meal before rehearsal and was shocked to find it overrun by unruly children. They weren't purchasing anything, just causing chaos without any intervention from the staff. The food was subpar and the service was even worse. I feel sorry for the staff, but I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future. It was practically empty aside from the rowdy kids.

0 not even worth it.! Used this last week and ordered a chicken burger delicious. Went in again this week nasty dried up chicken burger an burnt.

Terrible experience at this restaurant! They not only messed up our order, but when we got home and tried to take the bucket out of the bag, it was dripping with grease and fell apart, landing on the floor. I refuse to eat food that has been on the floor, so it went straight in the bin. Waste of 22 pounds. Will not be returning to this KFC again.

So I promised my granddaughter KFC chicken because they had a deal on the TV, arrived at the restaurant and asked for the Tuesday deal reply sorry we are not doing it today I did alert the member of staff it was a Tuesday they said that there area manager told them not to provide the deal has there was a shortage of chicken, I pointed out the rack full of chicken but was told there is a shortage. Also I went to Wickersley and was told the same, I looked on previous reviews at KFC canclow and they had pulled this scam before, totally disappointed and shocked that KFC can get away with pulling a scam like this
