The Manor Barn Real Steakhouse

We had our wedding meal and reception on the 19/08/23. The food was fantastic the room was decorated beautifully and everything timed to perfection. Sue and the team went above and beyond for us and our guests. 5 stars is not enough they deserve more recognition. Beautiful venue, highly recommend. The prefect setting for any occasion.

While the restaurant was nice, the breakfast I had wasn't great. I apologize for the negative review, but I would rate it a 5 out of 10. The sausage tasted strange and had a suspicious smell, which ruined the dish for me. The hash brown was undercooked and there was only one slice of toast. I'm not sure what the large undercooked tomato was supposed to add. The restaurant needs to step up their game and improve their breakfast offerings, as they have the potential to be a successful cafe. I recommend trying the truck stop at Hellaby to learn and improve. The staff were friendly, but overall it was a disappointing experience. Good luck, and I hope they take this feedback onboard to make improvements.

Had our daughters wedding here. Excellent venue and value for money. Very helpful owners and staff, could not fault anything. Food was superb. Highly recommended

Attended a birthday party here in October and the bar service was fantastic and the food was great for a buffet. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a party venue. I am sure I saw on Facebook about free room hire.

What a great venue to have your party . I held my 50th birthday party here on 3rd September and Sue and her team at the Manor Barn were fantastic from start to finish. I had the downstairs area because I had too many guests for upstairs but both rooms are beautiful and the downstairs looked fab once we had decorated during the day. Sue is so professional and accommodating and was always very quick to reply to my many many queries. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was amazing, we had so many wonderful comments anbout the buffet and it’s very reasonably priced too compared to other venues. Thank you to everyone there for making my party special
