Politos Pizza - Rothschild

We stopped here after the trampoline park for a quick bite to eat, reviews said the pizza was good and it was recommended…what a disappointment! They had a handful of pizza choices to choose from and it was only 5-6PM on a Friday….considering they are open until 10, they didn’t even have a simple pepperoni! We stayed for a bit with hopes they would fire up more appeasing pizzas with no luck. The pizza was OK at best. The atmosphere was not what I expected-and the staff was rude…we were there with our 4 children and met another family who showed up shortly after us and the girl working the register said loud enough for us to hear “ohh good-more kids” in a rude and insulting manner when she saw more children coming to dine…maybe some customer service training is in order for this rude young unprofessional? We likely won’t be back or recommend to others.

They had seven total pieces of pizza out when I ordered. Cheese and Philly cheesesteak. Asked if they were making more and I was told “no” they were swamped w/ carry outs. What a joke!

Pizza and service is great. The to girls working behind counter should probably be wiping tables down instead of chit chat. I am only one here, and most of tables are dirty.

Nothing more frustrating than to drive 20 minutes to pick up pizza, and then drive 20 mins home...only to discover you came home with someone else's pizza....and you don't enjoy the same things

The employees need to speak up and actually talk to customers. I couldn't here the girl when I asked if they had a certain type of pizza. Won't go back ever.
