We bought burger, chips and a softdrink for four people. it was not cheap, at about 85 euro, but the meal was excellent. the burgers were perhaps the best I ever tried, and the chips were handmade and delicious. all ingredients are produced locally and. the rolls are made by a local boulangerie. this meal was so good that we still talked about it when we came back home. there are some chairs at the bar so they can eat or take away. there is also a meal deal if you have a student ID.
Not only is management friendly, but they will make custom hamburger with not only toppings, but how good they want to cook them. the music in the loudspeaker system are charming. we just went to the big watch and noticed this device. we went in and all four of us loved it absolutely! it was a refreshing regroup for tired torres! watch out for you!
Well, the chips & homemade sauces are great, the burgers are way too expensive, much too much bread and too busy (many ingredients), much better in town. Craft beer over-priced.
We stopped here during our day tour of Rouen. There was a lot of people outside, and we didn't want anything too fancy. You can sit here, eat and listen to the audio guide about the Rouen Clock. I ordered whatever burger was first on the menu, and my wife got the one with feta cheese. Temperature was close to what we ordered, maybe a pinch more done than what I expected, but not un-acceptable. Artisan buns were good, and veggies were fresh. Fries and drink are included, but I think the whole package was $14-16/burger, fries and soda (if you wanted beer it was $2 extra). That's a pinch expensive for ~80 grams of fries and a 355ml soda. Granted, they had excellent craft beer in bottles, which was a welcome change to the usual French beer.
