Feedback gevenI must start with the positive side of this review... the young girl who was worried about us was very kind. Unfortunately, this is the only thing we can say here. This was one of the moments I was crazy that I left my phone in the car... that would be the best picture that would have ever been taken from a so-called “sushi place”. I ordered the Chirachi Sashimi scarf salmon and I got a flat plate with some rice and 6 super thin almost transparent slices of salmon with two small pieces avocado... I was shocked to be honest, especially because of the price of 15 euros for it. Photos of the site are definitely deceived and maybe we just had bad luck....anyways AVOID this place.
This place is operated by the Chinese hairdryer and they don't do a bad job!! no ambience for this joint, but sushi was fresh. English speaking staff is a plus point.
Standard sushi menu. Standard parts. Well prepared and well maintained. Spartane location in a quiet part of the city. Clean. A perfectly quiet and dramatic evening.
We took the sushi to take away. They are good but the work remains too coarse, we lose the taste of ingredients (salmon, tuna, lawyer, etc.).In addition, having sweet sauces could have allowed everyone to satisfy. However, the welcome was coming, soups and salads very good and a little dessert was offered.
Little party with friends we decided to come test the zen sushis. sushi restaurants enthusiasts we each have our habits on colmar and mulhouse but we all love to test new addresses to make new encounters and test new flavors. Unfortunately, it was a catastrophe night. First the map! She's poor. Very poor. a few menus and 2-3 dishes. after we order (and only after) we are told that we will not have miso soup with our menus. No more explanations! 2 out of 4 having taken a streak, the latter are coming. It's not a big kitchen. the ravioli were not fresh and in addition they were not properly cooked. My friend had not even eaten two ravioli on the 5 that the waitress brought him to his dish without serving the other guests at the table. So his dish cooled. A few minutes later (about 10) she just landed the entrees (I just put the ravioli in my mouth) and served the dishes. She's barely finished, she just dumped us and asked us what we want for dessert. my friend then orders iced mochis to vanilla (he loves this.) the waitress then returns melted mochis and explains that they were too cold so she put them to the micro wave to warm them. we explain to the waitress that the purpose of a frozen mochi is to be eaten iced! She insists that we wouldn't like to eat ice so we have to eat it warm. we ask that we may have iced mochis, but she refuses. Finally my friend ate his hot mochis. barely finished the note was on the table and the verdict was heavy 107 euros for 4. Given the mediocre quality of the products, the lack of friendliness of the staff and the speed where they made us eat and screwed out (because it's the right term.) the note seemed more than salty. after reviewing the positive comments on tripadvisor that had directed us to this initial establishment, we are confident that these comments are false and that we should not refer to it. hoping to help some trippers avoid a carnage.
