Ciera Steak Chophouse

Don't mean to ding the atmosphere and I can't pinpoint a problem but a 5 is the top of the top and I didn't have that impression. Perhaps my chair was a little low and not quite comfortable. Steak was amazing, salad was perfect. Very tasty food, well prepared and presented. Drinks were delicious, wine very tasty with the steak dinner. Service was impeccable with an attentive staff. GO! It was the best meal we had all week and we had some great meals. The service was second to none. Ciera is a definite go to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The curtains made our booth feel like we had our own private restaurant. Service was perfect and unobtrusive. Steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Sides were good but almost unnecessary. Food was delicious and the service was spot on. Refilling our drinks before we ever asked and taking dishes away with perfect timing. John was our main waiter and Audrius was his second hand and was incredible. Could not have asked for anything or any server better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is everything thats wrong with the woiled....worst service and terrible management....server lied about how the comps and vouchers worked then my card got overcharged and had to go back twice to get manager to fix it....then went back last nite and had a diff manager who wasnt even there the other time accuse me of walking out on the check the previous time which was a huge insult and also not true....between the fraudulent charges....horrible service and incompetent management avoid this place at all costs Parking: no free parking had to park at casino up the street and walk Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Chocolate Lava Cake Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking options Paid parking lot
