Feedback gevenWrong pizza was delivered and manager simply said they had changed toppings and would not replace it. Ordered pork topping. Pizza delivered had large pieces of sausage and a totally different flavor. After 39 years of ordering pizza this lie took the cake. No offer to replace or offer credit.

I use to go to Pizza Hut but they say they do not deliver in Round Lake. I called to order a delivery close to closing I asked if it was OK. They said Yes, so I did. They never delivered it. Be Honest People.
Last night I ordered delivery they gave me the wrong order. When I called, they refused to deliver my correct order because they were closing soon. When I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t give me one and to call back tomorrow. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.
I placed an online order with you at 6:24pm (CST and the email I received said it would arrive at 7:10pm. At 7:21pm I got a DoorDash text saying my order would arrive at 8:04pm. The driver wouldn’t even get there until 7:44 to get it, so the food would be waiting 20 minutes before even getting in the car for delivery.I called the store to ask if our order would be waiting, or if it wasn’t made her. The man I talked to was extraordinarily rude and hostile on the phone. He told me that the food was ready to go and would sit and wait in the hot box for over 20 minutes before the driver even arrived to pick it up. He said “it’s just the way it is” and that I have to 1. deal with it, or 2. consider it a “failed delivery” without refund.I asked for his name, more than once, but he said he was the “acting manager” and that he would not give me his name. He kept telling me over and over that he was just going to hang up the phone when I was asking questions, interrupting my wife and I as we tried to ask why the food would wait so long.I am extremely upset about this interaction with your employee. My wife and I were waiting for over an hour, we got yelled at, and the phone hung up on us now we don’t have the food we were waiting for. I called the store back and they didn’t answer.My wife called back later and the same person was even more rude and had the audacity to refer to her as “missy”Please help!
