Feedback gevenThis isn't a java chip frap... Had it remade, it's literally just whole milk and chips. So much so that it made me sick to my stomach when I tried it.
Stay clear of the Round Lake Beach location on Weds mornings….High School has late start and service is always a disaster on these mornings . Just took me 20 minutes to get 1 coffee drink!
The Vanilla Bean Frapachino was outstanding even with LOTS OF WHIP CREAM.
Never open! Everyone is always on a break or they can't make what I want! I ordered a medicine ball tea, which is just tea and honey and lemonade. It was just yucky tea, no honey or lemon. I don't think I will be going back!
Food and drinks are great and all but there are almost never open and are on breaks 24/7 this is really disappointing.
