Long line and just one cashier. Not the first time that this happens. I used the self check out, but I still have to wait until the cashier is available because the cups are out of the customer 's reach. What is 'funny ' is that there are other workers around that don 't seem busy, but they are not helping (I guess the cashier is the only one in charge of this task). Other Panera does have the cups at the customer 's reach and soccer have to wait in long lines for a simple drink.

Was there Jan 30 place was not vacuumed. Felt unwelcome not going back to this location.

Just had dinner at this shop. The place was so dirty, I will not go back inside. I don’t even want to order food from their kitchen. The tables were dirty, the carpet is matted down, the booths are stained with food, I didn’t want to touch anything that was a fixture in this restaurant! The low lighting still shown the detritus on the trash cans, the windows, the doors. Last timeI eat or order from that location. It needs updating, upgrading, someone to care about cleanliness, customer experience, and my sandwich was soo thick, it broke the top portion of the bread. How was I supposed to put that that concoction into my mouth? Poor excuse for two diner’s bill of over $35 inside for two sandwiches with chips and a soft drink! Never again and certainly would not recommend ordering from there from the looks of the customer’s eating area cleanliness!
