Deckhand Oyster - Round Rock

Deckhand was bustling on a Friday night. The servers, bar staff, and busboys were all incredibly friendly, creating a vibrant atmosphere where everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves – even while waiting for a table. The energy was lively and somewhat noisy, with great 80s music playing, making it a fun spot for dinner. It’s family-friendly, yet we noticed a diverse crowd of people in their 20s to 60s during our visit, making it a perfect choice for a date night. If you're looking for a quiet place to dine, this isn't it. Bring some earplugs, but don’t overlook the amazing food. The oysters were delectable, the fried catfish was both impressive in size and taste, and the signature Asian-inspired seafood dishes were outstanding. Best of all, the prices were quite reasonable given the generally high cost of seafood. We can’t wait for our next visit!

What a fantastic restaurant! The service and food were exceptional. The Boudin Ball wrapped in bacon was incredible, and the Vietcajun crawfish exceeded my expectations!

This is my go to place. Friendly atmosphere. Cold beer and great food. I highly recommend it

Awesome. Been there twice. Food was excellent. Our food server was friendly, and attentive to our needs even tho the place was packed. Yes. Will go again.

The food is excellent the staff is fantastic and hard working , the best place bar none in Texas.
