Feedback gevenI ordered a 2-for-1 chicken sandwich online. When I got home, I found that I only received pieces of chicken on a bun, despite the pictures showing the sandwiches with pickles and onions, as I had requested. I don’t ask for much—just prepare my food as advertised. If there’s an issue, I can’t fix it myself. Please either train your staff better or update your online menu to avoid this issue for other customers.
I had a great time at Dickie's today. They were out of a few items, but the staff was incredibly helpful. I originally wanted turkey, but Lindsay recommended the baked potatoes with brisket, and they were delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
My family and I used to go to this restaurant frequently, and I was subscribed to their specials. However, during my recent visit, they refused to honor the promotion unless I ordered it on my phone while standing there. This has never been an issue before, and it wasn’t explicitly stated anywhere. I was looking to place a nearly $100 order for my entire family, but the manager was indifferent and showed me the door. You're not the only barbecue place in town, so you've definitely lost a customer. The experience was both frustrating and rude!
Great bbq and they always have good offers in the mobile app. This is the Polish Rielbasa and chicken breast.
High anxiety behind the counter and poor professionalism. Was told there was a new owner but doesn't matter much.
