Feedback gevenI will say the staff here changes a lot, so by the time that this review can change a reading of the staff, but I will say the staff of the people who worked here after the freezing of 2023 feb 2nd. Are an amazing couple. I saw two guys working so hard and not complaining or stressing at all, and they got those commands from FAST with a line of cars around the building that went down quickly. I was really impressed, most places were closed and the power went through the whole city, but they remained open and served all. For people like me who had no chance to run or buy H-E-B before everything is sold out, I really appreciated it. They went beyond and beyond they deserved an increase. Can't give them enough praise. You did my day!
I've attempted to place orders from this location multiple times over the past few months, and each time my orders have been canceled due to the store accidentally closing. When I do manage to receive something, it's always incorrect. I really wish there were another Dunkin' in the area, as it feels like the staff doesn't care about customer service anymore.
I ordered a bagel, roasted with butter. Worst Bagel I've ever had. I always loved Bagels from Dunkin, but not this place. The bagel was very hard (more than 2 days old? and the edges were burned. The pumpkin dough was good.
They're constantly out of stock on items. You have to ask for multiple things before you find one they actually have. When you place an order, you often won’t receive what you requested. Just yesterday, after they informed me they were out of everything I wanted, the cashier suggested a different item, and I went with it. However, she didn't clarify what it was! In the end, they charged me for an item that wasn't what I actually wanted, and I didn’t even receive it. It seems like they're truly out of everything, including the items you've paid for.
They're always out of everything. You have to ask for 5 items before you get to one they have. And once you do put in your order, they won't give you what you ordered. Yesterday, I went and after they told me they were out of everything I wanted the drive thru cashier made a recommendation, I took it. SHE STILL DIDN'T GIVE ME THE ITEM! So they charged me for an item that wasn't what I really wanted and then didn't even give it to me. I guess they really are out of everything, including the items you paid for.
