Fortune Garden - Round Rock

I don't know if the chefs in the fortune garden had a personal bad day, but the experience I had was not pleasant. we ordered salt and pfeffer tofu, general tso’s chicken (lunch,) beef lo my and some egg rolls. first the salt and pfeffer tofu was overboiled until it resembled styrofoam. it was hard and unfortunately I can say that it would have cost decent if it was fried for the right time. it was not possible. second was the general tso’s chicken (lunch). the sauce was ok, but the chicken was dry and also overboiled. the hot and acidic suppe that came with it tasted like it had been in an unregulated tank since the previous day. excessively slim and no taste. I got egg rolls with the lunchtime and they were undercooked. I decided to ventilate them so they are crispy, and they ended the tasting tasteless. in the end this is my beef lo. I don't understand how 2/3 dishes we get taste like nothing. it tastes like sad. as if someone has a bad day or month or live. who was cooking today certainly showed her feelings through eating today because it made me sad. the quality was probably reduced due to take-out, but if that was seasoned and properly cooked, I don't think the quality would drop so much. I will try again, but I was disappointed and had to reach my delivery service for the help. ?

I ordered the steam-free with carbon-grilled pork chop and omg the pork chop is so hard to cut! and absolutely I can't bite it at all. really disappointed bc I used to order from the other place and never had such experience.

This place was good, but very small portions and not worth the lunch special price of $11. it is better to get the regular item from the menu and skip the tiny scroll

I went to lunch with my son. this was our first time and loved their fast service. the food was ready in minutes. I ordered the lunch special kung pao huh, it came with an early roll and a dripping suppe. my son had the children eating chicken pho. the amount for the lunch special was great. the child meal was huge, I would say they can easily reduce the amount and price for the child meal.

I ordered general tso?s chicken, and it was decent. The pieces are pretty large, good flavor but they don?t give you a knife. Main reason for this rating is due to service, absolutely awful. I was in the middle of my meal, nowhere near done and the ?server? came over to cash me out on the check, with food still in my mouth and on the plate. I felt very unwelcome and unwanted. It wasn?t like I got there 10 minutes before closing either. Never going back again
