Freebirds World Burrito - Round Rock

The food was delicious at this restaurant, but there were some issues that led to a low star rating. For example, the cashier attempted to overcharge me $20 for a burrito that should have only cost $9 with two extras. When I brought this to their attention, there was no apology or explanation given.

Today, I visited Freebirds Burrito for lunch. I ordered a customized bowl that perfectly suited my dietary preferences, and it was fantastic. I also got chips and guacamole, which were delicious.

The staff at this restaurant have a nonchalant attitude and hurriedly interrupt and speak too quickly, making it difficult to understand what they are asking for.

Ordered delivery from this location. Completely forgot a serving of steak after I paid for a full serving of steak and an additional serving of chicken. I assumed maybe it didn’t say it on the ticket and there was confusion. Nope… Receipt says steak and chicken and yet still forgot it If you go to Freebirds don’t do delivery.

It’s pretty good until you take a bite and find a foreign object in your food. Found this hard white/yellow thing in the middle of my burrito, not sure what it is, might be a plastic that broke off of something. Disgusting none the less.
