Gattitown - Round Rock

Gotta love the pizza, ranch and salad bar, but that is not the reason for this review. My son had been wanting to eat here for a minute, but with my busy work schedule, it is rare. We finally had time and as soon as we paid for our buffets and sat down, I got a call and had to leave immediately for an emergency. I called later and spoke with the manager, Jose. He was very understanding and had no problems helping us out. So, great pizza and all, the real winner is the customer service and management here. Thank you, Jose, for making this a little easier.

Fun place to take your kids or have a birthday party. I visited recently and had a good time. The food was fine, and the service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was fun and lively, perfect for kids. Salad bar wasn't terrible.

The food is ok, salad bar has lots of choices but the ranch was watery, the pizza needs more cheese and less time in the oven. The Mac n cheese is delicious though. Place needs more lighting. It's kinda dark in there. I probably would not go back.

Cool eating setting with the movies to keep kids entertained. Salad bar is great. Pizza is okay never really fresh. Cheese stick are great! Arcades are a bit expensive. Overall great experience. Look for package deals

Im not sure why every time I've been to this location is smells really bad up front in the lobby. It has a bad odor of BO and its a huge nauseating feeling coming into a establishment where you are going to eat food. The Ranch supply was low in all compartments there is never enough Pepperoni Pizza and the Mozzerela sticks took over 20 minutes to come out. Tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. A smell of marijuana was in the movie room. Wish they would invest in cleaning up the place more.
