Kfc - Round Rock

We enjoyed the food, but our last two visits were disappointing. The staff was not very friendly, and the customer service could use improvement. There were mistakes in our orders that we only discovered once we got home, and no one likes to return to the restaurant to complain after the fact. We just wanted to enjoy our meal! As for vegetarian options, there aren't many available. Adding more vegetable choices would be a wonderful addition for family members who prefer non-meat dishes!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My staff and I walked in and were completely ignored; we weren't even greeted. The worst part was that the employees kept staring at us without saying a word. After waiting for five minutes, we decided to leave. I definitely won't be coming back.

It took 3 times to go after the car major to get whole order. Then the food was cold after I asked to take over the food.
