Misaki - Round Rock

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this restaurant! I ordered two sets of ramen, one for dining in and the other for lunch the next day. The food was served promptly, which was fantastic as I was really craving it! Additionally, I appreciate restaurants that maintain clean and hygienic restrooms. I believe my server’s name was Cristina, and she provided excellent service—she was quick and always checked in on us. I also noticed some reviews mentioning that this place has been open for years, but I think it recently had a "grand opening" at a new location. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place for great food and outstanding service!

The ramen was delicious—I tried the seafood variety, and it had fantastic flavor. My wife ordered the bulgogi ramen, which was also excellent. However, I feel the portions could be larger, particularly when it comes to the noodles!

This restaurant is stunning, and the customer service is exceptional! I had the pleasure of meeting Lena, who is incredibly sweet and kind. However, the highlight of my visit was definitely the food! The ramen was absolutely exquisite—easily some of the best I've ever had! I highly recommend bringing your family here; it's a great atmosphere and not too noisy either.

My new Japanese noodle go-to place. It's new, yet service and Cuisine feels very accomplished. Wonderful staff with excellent recommendations on food. Very comfortable inside with booths, tables and even a Sushi bar type area. I highly recommend this place.

Very happy to have found this place. The chef has a rich deep broth that isn't overpowering and is perfectly balanced with the rest of the Ramen. His Chatsu was perfectly marinated and the grilling at the end adds just the right amount of smokiness that is hinted in the back of the flavors that adds to the comfort of the meal. Very happy with this experience. Will be back to taste the rest of the menu. The staff were attentive and very kind adding their recommendations when asked and knowledgeable about the process.
