Feedback gevenThe food was just not as good as in the past. Service was good and responsive, but the overall quality was lower than int eh past.
Starting at the door, Jacob welcomed us and took us to the our seats where we met Nick! We were So well taken care of his kindness, customer service and outstanding energy and care he gave my 75 year old mom (who we were celebrating) and the rest of my family I had to brag to Manager Dante! We were here last week And Kalani (I'm so sorry if I got her name wrong) was INCREDIBLE!!! We will continue to drive the 20 miles to get this kind of Delicious Food Outstanding Service we've grown accustomed to!Thank you ALL !!
Personally I am not a picky person and I'm very patient with busy hard workers in the restaurant industry expecially during hard times with covid and lack of employees in the restaurants now. I like outback steakhouse but this location was not a very good experience. Once walked in the restaurant was completely empty. With maybe two customers inside with a friend or spouse. About more then 3 employees kept walking past us. And we can see other 4+ employees looking at us but offering no help to sit us down. We stood for what felt like 25 mins in a empty restaurant with employees completely ignoring us and no service. Once sitten down it took additional 15 mins for anyone to attend to us. I never walked out a restaurant before but this day me and my partner were stunned at the customer service. In which a restaurant had no customers and was not busy, While employees standing around talking. The food was cold and the bread was hard and burnt.

Food was wonderful and service by Kanami E was fantastic. We enjoyed our outing!
