Pj's Coffee - Round Rock

We enjoyed having this coffee shop in the neighborhood, unfortunately it is still closed. So disappointing.

This location is not open. I've been by a few times and it's closed down. Hoping it reopens soon!

I found this shop on a work trip to Round Rock and they blew me away. I now visit every time I'm in town for work and get their amazing iced coffee, which is flavored with vanilla extract, but has no sugar. So good. The staff at this location is friendly too, in true New Orleans fashion.

They make good coffee. We were staying at the hotel nearby, were up early to go explore Austin and decided to give it a go. Great cup of coffee. We enjoyed it so much we stopped by the following morning too. Nice place, nice staff and really good coffee.

Came here twice recently. Staff are friendly and great. The drinks weren’t anything special to me, and I’m not a fan of the flavor of the coffee itself. Seems like a great place for people who enjoy more sugary coffee drinks. Still a good place to hang out or work on a weekday afternoon.
