Don't forget to try the sauces with the food! Coffee was great, strong, not bitter. Had to order a 2nd cup. They're unfortunately hidden by the road construction but so worth the drive down.
Service was quick. Ordered the Paisa but meat was a little tuff, beans were cold. Also ordered bunuelos they did not taste right. Maybe they were refrigerated. The pan de bono were perfect. Empanadas not what we expected. The fresh juices are good. They also forgot my cofee.
Wow! I'm new to Columbian food but the waiter was so nice in explaining everything. The empanadas were so crispy, hot and fresh. Try the Limonada Naturale so delicious! Place is a bit divey but fine. Definitely want to go back!
I honestly don't know how this place gets so many good reviews, maybe for Texas standards it's pretty good Colombian food but I've had wayyyyy better. The front girls staff/waiters are extremely rude and were gossiping about my BF who isn't bilingual like me. They were catty means girls, that honestly drove me to write such a bad review. They were out of maduros when we ordered, and honestly for someone who can only eat chicken or fish there are only 2 items to choose from. I know good Colombian food this isn't it! Unfortunately, here in Round Rock this is basically your only option. Also, they refused to put in my order until I paid first which started the whole debacle and we're joking about my BFs American Express card.. if only they knew. If the staff wasn't rude, catty and ignorant gossiping about things they know little of, I wouldn't be writing this review point blank!
I really enjoyed it. Food had great, unique flavors. The guest I brought along wasn't feeling it, though. I would definitely go back if it were just me. I was disappointed that one of the menu items was not available (aguapanela con queso).
