Schlotzsky's - Round Rock

The restaurant is clean and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious, and I really enjoy their crushed ice for the soft drinks! Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

The two girls at the front who took our order were incredibly rude. They mentioned they were tired of being nice to certain customers. Perhaps they would be better suited to work in the sandwich area instead.

I really enjoy Schlotzsky's, but they recently changed my favorite sandwich, the pastrami on dark bread, and I'm disappointed. They also stopped bringing food to the table, which feels really frustrating. On top of that, it's irritating to have to ask for pickles to go with my sandwiches.
