The guy who had gloves told us we need to wait for him to make the mobile order... in the house guests should always take priority. The DUDE MOVES SO SLOW. The other guy came out of the kitchen and asked us if we had pre-ordered. I said no and he took a broom and started to sweep. You shot the woman!!! Management must be present at this point to lead these two guys to a more professional and efficient spirit at work. We're going to another place. I can't wait literally 5 minutes until one guy cuts a single bread and stares at the reception while the other type NO tries to help.
Friday, 11/25/22, waited 10 minutes for someone to come from the back office and only take my order to say that they have no meatball marathon. How do you run from meatballs if this is one of the most popular items on the menu? This happened several months ago and was notified to the GM that gave me this right. I also expect this message. It's a drive for me to come here and no one answers the phone when I call in advance...
Bread was hard and seemed old. Worst underground experience ever!
Have been here quite a few times and every time, no matter if I order ahead or not, there is a wait time of at least 15 min. Take this into consideration if you only have a 30 min lunch break like I do. Ordering ahead will not help and your order will never be ready at the time it's promised.Food: 5/5
