Anyway, here's the review. I hope Google will correct this! My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice, quiet and a spiritual place where we are connected to nature. Beautiful people and a beautiful cat named Clover : Very cozy romantic rooms, good food and Beth was very accomodating. Very helpful and brought many memories of my childhood in Round Top and also took my children. I want to see the beauty of it in winter. Thank you.
This is a beautiful place to separate from the world. There are no TVs. There are also no mini bars or kitchenettes. So you're dependent on the restaurant and the tavern. There is a pool, but it is really not open unless you call before time and insist on swimming. That's because they need to find a lifeguard. There are many trails... make sure you go to ticks. It takes a good time (2 hours) to get from Newark Airport. But it is worth taking a break from everything.
This is a truly special place, I have been enjoying Round Top at Glen Falls house since 2017. It is aone stop shop for total relazxation or activity, whichever you care to indulge. Just finished up my wedding weekend here where I was able to share its splendor with friends and loved ones all on preoperty. We were able to host all our guests in the hotel and make use of all the manities making it a destination for years to come for our families in Canada and New England. The resources available at Glen Falls House make it very amenable to whatever the situation dicates. The food was specacular at the wedding, as well as the brunch menu. When we left sunday we were unable to indulge on the taqueria they had just started up byt he pool fo rall day fun. But the propreitors have dones a wodnerful job offering a piece of solace for hikers, bikers, and vacationers alike. It has. and will continue to be, a part of my life
Very beautiful place, very tasteful decor. Very laid back vibe and clean rooms. Met one of the partners and was a very pleasant guy. Can?t wait to return. Highly recommend 10/10
Glen Falls House is a very special place for my current husband and I, since we visited 5 years ago. The property is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and it quickly began to feel like a house away from home. All this played a major role in the selection of GFH as a wedding location. The process was perfect from start to finish. Almost all providers contracts (filling, flowers, etc.) were offered by GFH so there is a one stop shop and so much of the stress that comes along with the planning of a wedding from our plate. It was very special that all our guests stay at the hotel on site. All were shot down by the trails and waterfalls on the property. It felt like a weekend in adults. The most popular advice I received before the wedding was it? try to enjoy the moment, things will inevitably go wrong, but these things are not important?. The comic is, literally nothing went wrong, what we owe all GFH. I didn't have a wedding planner because I decided to treat everything myself in tandem with GFH. They went beyond and beyond: coordinated provider arrivals, verified processed rental contracts, helped with decor, put all tables, etc. The food was amazing what you don't usually hear from weddings. Every single guest said how amazing it was. It was really the perfect weekend and I can't believe how seamless it was pulled out. Many of our guests (from Canada, Great Britain, etc.) will visit GFH in the near future. Great love for the GFH team. Starts planning our vow renewal?
