The Bogbean Cafe - Roundstone

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our bikes were safely stored, the bed was cozy, the shower was fantastic, and the location was convenient. Orla, the owner, was a delightful host. The breakfast that was brought to our room was tasty. Just make sure to bring your own toiletries as they are not provided in the bathroom.

We visit this restaurant every year, mainly for coffee and lunch, but we have also stayed in their rooms. We always receive a warm welcome from the friendly staff, and the owner is delightful and tolerates us well! We can't wait to return next year.

Went for my honeymoon in early August of last year. I didn’t initially leave a review, as I usually don’t, but with stress in my life, my mind loves to wander back to my wonderful stay here at the Bogbean. Our room was so charming and beautiful, it felt like a fairytale. The view was fantastic. Being from the United States, I had my internet turned off so I couldn’t see the instructions to get in, but two lovely residents of Roundstone who knew the owner happened to be nearby and helped us out by calling her. Each evening we left a slip of paper in the front with our breakfast choices and in the morning we had the most fantastic breakfast delivered to our door. It was such a serene, relaxing, experience and I really hope I can come back one day.

At least the coffee is not scalding hot. But people around seem to love weak, no aroma coffee here so it's hard to review in context.

What better place to rest our legs and take in great hospitality.
