Mcdonald's - Route Lanoka Harbor

These idiots charged me for a double 1/4 pounder deluxe meal and served me a regular double 1/4 pounder! I will never be going there again. Send you employees back to school so they can learn to read a damn order.

Typical McDonald's. Slippery floors, derelict staff (80 percent), order is wrong 7/10 times.

15 min wait to get food inside. Nobody in here. No door dash or anything. No drive through line. Just waiting. Not to mention that I have a 100% messed up order rate. I know it’s always a S show here, but yet my kids still ask for it. Never a good time here.

Wheelchair accessibility: handicap parking was convenient but nearly impossible to open the restaurant doors if in a wheelchair or possibly even using a can or crutches very heavy doors

Ordered ahead through the app. Ordered a Big Breakfast, McMuffin and 2 McCafe items, a Caramel Macchiato and an Iced Latte. Latte was not a Latte but rather a standard drip iced coffee with caramel for some reason.My big breakfast platter was placed in the bag in such a way that egg and sausgae juice dripped into the bag, making it a very wet experience grabbing content from the bottom of the bag. People around the world go to MCD for a cafe coffee experience and I was denied that today. I implore your higher ups to invest more in training and time mangement skills for this branch.
