A&w Canada - Rouyn-Noranda

Just made my maiden trip at the A&W! The restaurant looked neat and clean. Customer service was up to the mark. The service was excellent with timely manner. I ordered a spicy Habanero Chicken Burger. It was crispy and taste so fresh. I also love their Habanero sauce, perfect level of spice. No doubt! The price was a bit higher compared to McDonald and Tim Hortons chicken sandwich. I would request to offer student discount so that we can go more often to taste the food. 07 March 2021 Ordered a 'Buddy Burger au Poulet ' tasted fresh and juicy! The addition of the pickle gave a slight tangy flavor. Definitely a budget friendly quick shot for your appetite!

Got the wrong burger and i didn't realize until we were already on the road. At least it doesn't happen every time...otherwise the food is good

Drive thru at AW really poor. The employees can't be friendly and customer service is 0. Next time please be polite. You guys should teach them manners..... Respect for the job is 0. Also be aware, hair in the sandwich is free... Comes in the combo.

I live down the block and consider myself to be an experienced client . And easily the slowest fast food I 've ever been. Food good sometimes makes mistakes but overall nothing major. Except their slowness that 's litteraly unbelievable just spend 30min stuck in the drive through only to order.

The hamburger is good. We love this place for drive thru.
