Mcdonald's - Rouyn-Noranda

I only have coffee usual, but there are times they order near the app. This is very annoying.

The McDonald's in Kirkland lake is the slowest and worst McDonald's I have ever been too. They close at 11pm and most nights don't turn their lights on in the evening so it looks like they are closed even earlier. Even on Ronald McDonald House day they had their lights off.

Not the best, but I wouldn't say it didn't do his job when I was there. It's pretty hard to screw a cheeseburger and a coffee. So good work

The order was incomplete after it went through....grrrr

For the amount of years that this McDonald's has been in business, I can't believe it's still open. Behind the ordering counter where the foor is made,it's ALWAYS dirty. The floor (especially under the fryers etc. , the side and fronts of the appliances are always dirty, stained and you can tell they desperately need to be cleaned. The tables are often dirty,and sometimes impossible to find a clean one unless you clean it yourself. I went to the counter to ask for something to clean a table with, I was given a dirty rag and a spray bottle, they didn't even offer to go clean it themselves. Lol The entire restaurant is dirty, gross and in need of a deep cleaning. The public health bord should be inspecting this restaurant....OFTEN!!!!
