Feedback gevenWhile on vacation in the area, We stopped there for dinner. The place is clean. The bathroom is clean. The employee was very fast making our sandwiches and was very friendly. While eating, one of my child found a big greenish fly in her sub. I told the employee, and I showed her the hairy bug. She was disgusted as much as we were and apologized. She wasn't able to do anything. She asked me to leave my phone number and the manager would call me back the next morning.The manager did call me when we were on the road the next morning. She told me that I would have to go back at the restaurant to get my compensation. I made the detour to the place. I told her my name, to which she replied: "which kind of bread will you have?" What? It's 8:00 in the morning, I don't want another fly-loaded sandwich for breakfast! I asked if it was possible to have a prepaid card instead. She agreed and gave me a signed piece of paper and told me it was good for a 12 inches anywhere in the region. It wouldn't be any good in other Subway restaurant in my place. On top of that, the piece of paper was valid for the next 2 weeks or so.I left, laughing at the poor management choice Subway had made with my case. It's just ridiculous. I threw out the piece of paper and promised to never go back there.
The food was plain and unappetizing. The service was poor. I would not recommend this place. There must be better options in town.
Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered the fish and chips, but the fish was not fresh from Lake Superior and the fries were only average.

While on vacation in the area, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. The establishment was tidy and the restroom was clean. The staff quickly prepared our sandwiches and were very friendly. However, during the meal, one of my children discovered a large green fly in their food. I informed the employee and showed her the unwelcome addition to our meal. She was apologetic and suggested I leave my phone number for the manager to contact me the following morning. The manager called me the next day while we were out and instructed me to come back to the restaurant for compensation. Upon returning, the manager asked for my name and then inquired about what type of bread I wanted. It was 8:00 a.m. and I was not interested in another sandwich for breakfast. I asked if it was possible to receive a prepaid card instead, which the manager agreed to. She handed me a signed paper stating that the card was valid for 12 inches at that particular location, within the next 2 weeks. I found the situation to be poorly handled by management and decided to throw away the paper, vowing never to return to that Subway location again.
