Santa's Salmon Place - Rovaniemi

Amazing joy in the middle of the village santa! they can sit in the warm tent and see the salmon cooked by the fire. salmon was huge, well seasoned and perfectly cooked (beautiful and damp inside). the atmosphere is relaxing with light jazz in the background. in any case it is worth returning!

It is a great experience to visit this restaurant. it is a snow-covered tent like that found in fairies of childhood. a small space of wood in the shape of a large tent. the handle that keeps the door open is a big horn of a puredeer. it's around 17 o'clock. to escape from the bitter cold outside, we quickly went to .inside a fire was ignited in the middle of the room. the benches and writing are barely a half foot wide around and the seats are full. Within five minutes we have a place to sit. because the coals are piled up in the middle and the sides are covered with a good thick leather type material, cannot even come a spot of cold and that feels so good. two beautiful menu cards were carved in wood panels. the one is for eating and the other is for drinks. there are only a few items on the menu. 1. freshly grilled salmon, including traditional Finnish salate and broth. 2. The traditional cheese of lappland is made with the Müsli berry jam. 3. an amazing Scandinavian cheesecake. on the drink card, its traditional coffee and local beer. we ordered everything on the menu, along with beer. Once the order was received, the grill of the salmon fish began. they grill the salmon on the same fire in the middle of the room. as we can see, they do not add anything on grilling, just to add something smoke that gives its amazing aroma and aroma. we enjoyed the ambiente and the taste and want to spend more time. but unfortunately, the people wait in the waiting queue to get a place so that we moved. I will recommend this as on the must visit in lappland.

Definitiw the best salmon court. the part is quite large and it is really delicious and juicy. the place inside is quite small, and they may have to wait outside or even share the table with someone, but it is absolutely worth it
