The Lachsplatz Santa is a restaurant in the village of Santa Claus. It is in the form of a tent, it has a very simple menu that contains only chilled salmon, served a melted cheese with jam and cheesecake as dessert. There are of course drinks such as coffee, juices, water or a traditional drink. The salmon is cut into large pieces and grilled right in front of you.
