In fact, it might be some of the best vegan sushi we've ever had, even compared to non-vegan options. Our favorite was the Futomaki tempura, which uses beetroot in the rolls, adding a unique and tasty flavor. The Nigiri with asparagus was also a pleasant surprise, fitting in well with the rest of the meal. The staff was friendly and efficient, and despite ordering during a busy lunch hour, we were able to pick up our order in just 30 minutes. Considering that Sushi YA is a recent addition to the area, this was impressive service. Overall, the wait for a good vegan option in the area was worth it thanks to Sushi YA. We will definitely be returning to try more of their tasty dishes.
