The Veggie Steamed Dumplings were pretty good too. The Cold Noodle had a great presentation with finely julienned veggies and meat. The sesame sauce added the perfect touch to it. The House Chicken was ok. Instead of shredding the chicken, it was just chopped which made it a bit dry. There are smashed cucumbers on the bottom of the bowl. It was hard to dip the chicken in the vinegar-based dressing on the bottom because they served it in a bowl. The Beef Noodle and Beef Wraps were pretty good as well.
Pretty small place but the decor is a bit nicer than other 'to-go-fastcasual ' types. The owner and the waitress was really nice too and very attentive. We got : Beef Noodle Soup .......................$5 Onion Pancake .........................$3 Jellyfish w/cucumber.................. $4 Pork Boiled Dumpling (10 pcs $5 Pretty steamed buns..................On the house It was quite a bit of food and it came out really fast and in to-go type dishes already which made packing up for leftovers super easy. The Beef Noodle soup had an option of regular noodles or vermicelli clear noodles. We picked Vermicelli and it was a nice change of pace from the regular kind. : Yay, less carbs! The onion pancake was super crispy and delicious with chili paste. The pork boiled dumplings was just OK to me. I 'd skip this next time and try the House Chicken. My absolute favorite of the night, however, was the JELLYFISH. Holy cow. SO FLAVORFUL. SO GARLICKY. Yum!!!!!!! The cucumbers on the bottom tasted so refreshing too. Love love!! The waitress brought over some on the house buns courtesy of the owner, and they were these cute small buns shaped into twists. Nice gesture : And they made a good light breakfast the next day. Totally reasonable prices, and the food is great.
Lots of great Taiwanese food like beef rolls and beef stew noodles. Food comes out quickly.
