Baskin-robbins - Rowlett

Horrible service a girl work, a worker up like a kite. Almost an hour to get our drinks

The shop in Rowlett TX is the worst Baskin Robbins show I've ever had and Dunkin Donuts is not far behind it. Burn freezer on the ice. Staff are more interested in flirting then working. I'll drive to Rowlett right away.

Stopped in yesterday at 7:25 pm to pick up some Rainbow Sherbert and they had already packed up the ice cream buckets for closing which was at 8:00pm. The should adjust their hours if they don’t want to serve the customers.

Very unfriendly service! Drove through to pick up a quick breakfast and the cashier took my money, gave me my change, and handed me my items all without speaking a word to me not a hello, thank you, have a good day or anything. Only reason I'm giving two stars is my kids love their donuts and we've had better experiences in the past.

False advertisement on door dash with ice cream flavors and not have products to make it then why say you do when you dont smh
