Cruzito's Mexican - Rowlett

Second time there and will most definitely be my last. Male waiter with a black beard definitely didn't want to do his job. Rude as h*ll. Slung the chips and salsa on the table. Acted like everything we were asking for was an inconvenience for him. Made faces when we asked for more salsa, didn't check in with us once, we had to look at him for him to come back to our table. He was sitting in the bar area on his phone majority of the time. Didn't offer extra napkins, didn't offer water. When we were ready to pay we had to go to the bar to get his attention to pay. Our bill was close to 50 bucks, gave him $2. Which was more than he deserved. Horrible service!!!!

The chips and salsa were enjoyable, but the portions were quite small, particularly the salsa. I ordered the beef and chicken fajitas, which came with just two flour tortillas—really? The chicken was surprisingly good, but I wouldn’t recommend the beef. The guacamole had no flavor whatsoever. My friend ordered the chicken nachos and was quite satisfied with his meal.

First time here and it will be the last. My son and his wife ordered chicken nachos and a side order of queso.They got beef nachos instead of chicken. The server said he would get them their chicken. It came out in a plate and the taste and smell was terrible. My son determined that the chicken must have been cooked on a dirty grill with some old oil. It was so bad they just put it aside and didn't eat any of it. My wife ordered a chicken taco salad and she said it was edible. The chicken was dry and tasteless. She said it was the worst taco salad she had ever eaten.

Once you walk in you are greeted with a signThat says please take a seat where you like which is great so you don’t wonder if they going to show you to a table or it’s open seating was greeted by male server bit hard to understand I spoke to him in English and Spanish over all seemed nice Now to the food I got chips and dip with salsa and a bean dip Chips tasted old and stale the dips weren’t the greatest I ordered and i was really impressed with how fast I got my food after ordering rice wasn’t good beans were okay and main course of the meal was a Chile relleno which was really good

The food is good and so is some of the staff. But there is one tall waitress who seems to overcharge something on every bill. Don't know if it's because she doesn't like us or what.
