Milanos Pizza Pasta - Rowlett

My wife and I have been residents of Rowlett for quite some time, and we've often driven past this restaurant, always wanting to give it a try. The food was tasty, the service was mediocre, and the atmosphere was acceptable. However, the bread served at our table was hard and cold. After our drinks and bread were delivered, it took 15 minutes for our water to return. When I requested more fresh bread, it took an additional 20 minutes before we received it or had our drinks refilled. The server seemed more interested in chatting with a female coworker than attending to us. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, but the food was good.

The restaurant was quite clean, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the waitstaff was very efficient. The restrooms were noticeably cleaner than in many other places, so I definitely give that two thumbs up! I ordered the caprese salad with grilled chicken; it wasn't spectacular, but it was good. If you're in search of a fast-casual Italian spot, this is the place for you! Enjoy!

The restaurant looks fantastic after its recent renovation, now elevated and more reflective of the high quality of its Italian cuisine. Napoli serves outstanding food, particularly their pizza. You can order anything from the menu, and you’ll leave feeling grateful. Each bite reveals that the ingredients are of top-notch quality, not the cheap alternatives. This establishment has been around for years and has consistently delivered excellent food without disappointment. I highly recommend bringing your family to Napoli for a delicious meal.

Okay, I have to be lucky today. I went in today and this place smells so clean and then the food flavors met you. It was extremely clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the waiting staff was efficient. The men's toilet was cleaned, so I had to wash my hands in the ladies. The toilet was definitely cleaner than most places, already a plus here. I had an ice-cold salad and chicken piccata, very tasty and a beautiful presentation on the salad and duck. What a delightful evening. Our extended family of nine (our son and family are local, hubby and myself are from out of country) visited here on a Friday night and had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere feels like home as soon as you walk in and the food was fantastic. Sofia and her family were so personable and still very professional. Service was quick and yet we asked for them to go more slowly so we could enjoy each other’s company and they happily obliged. We even stayed later than usual laughing and joking with the owners and staff. Our 3 kids aged 5-10 were far from bored and loved the food as well. Also very much appreciated the affordable prices, large portions and BYOB!! And the lemoncello cake was to die for! This place is a home run and not to be missed. Highest of recommendations from our whole crew!!
