They are aware of the inaccurate prices and aren't willing to update them or honor them.Whenever I placed a pickup order over the phone they didn't give me a final price. After arriving to pick up my order I noticed they were trying to charge me over $15 for a sushi bowl that's being advertised online at $10.95.This is beyond just horrible customer service, this is false advertisement.

Service was great and the staff were very polite and helpful.
First off, this was the weirdest experience I've ever had picking up an order. The girl working was very rude and the interaction was just strange. They claimed to not have my order when I said I was there to pick one up. After showing her my confirmation email, things finally got cleared up. Obviously a place like this isn't meant to be super high quality sushi, but it wasn't good. I'll be sticking to my usual place across the bridge from now on.
They are fantastic! My son was thrilled to celebrate his birthday with Sushi Go. Food: 5/5
