Taco Bell - Rowlett

Extremely rude in the drive thru.. Id say unprofessional, but it's Taco Bell. Not everyone who gets through is drunk or high. He started to mock what I said after asking for two bottles of water with the order and you hear that all the workers start cracking over the intercom? The Mexican pizza was dry without sauce and Cinnabons were simply loose in their pocket. They usually cut into the drive thru, but not to this extent and the order is usually ok to eat. Sended and ordered the Deluxe Desire Box containing a Steak Chalupa, Rind 5 layer Burrito, Duritos loco taco and Nacho Fritten. At first they didn't know what I was talking about and had a terrible attitude. Secondly, the Steak Chalupa had literally like 5 tiny pieces of steak on it. This location has steadily declined in recent years and is only getting worse. I have a picture of the Chalupa, but I can't figure out how to post it. I tried to call several times, but never an answer.

As always, I had surfing and lawn. They cooked my steak into a perfect medium. And the waiter was from this world. Food: 5/5

Why did I open my cheerful Gordita crunch to find it stained and take it out with a BITE? Yeah, I tried to call the store, but nobody answered.

This Taco Bell is never open. I wait in the McDonald’s drive thru and watch people continuously roll through this locations drive thru, wait at the speaker, realize no one is there and drive off angry. It’s ridiculous, so much lost revenue I can’t believe it’s still here.
